Assistant Director of Admissions

The college has an immediate opening for an Assistant Director of Admissions. This role will recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective students for admission to the college. They will also actively market the Landmark College educational model and programs, as well as admissions and financial aid policies and processes to potential students and their families. This position typically requires extensive fall travel, both in-person and virtually. During travel, this person will meet with guidance counselors, independent counselors, and educators conducted within the counselors established market area.

A generous sign-on bonus is available, and a flex schedule is also possible. The Assistant Director of Admissions will possess strong communication and organizational skills, an ability to work independently, and collaborate in a professional and confidential manner. Prior experience working in admission, sales, or serving neurodivergent individuals a plus. Bachelor's degree required. The role demands a teamwork approach, as all three teams within Enrollment Management maintain the content knowledge and a service philosophy to serve all prospective Landmark students well across possible programs of interest. Evening and weekend work required.
